Locals receive one digital raffle entry in exchange for one kilogram of plastic or metal waste. Every raffle entry is equivalent to a chance to win five kilograms of rice. Residents should drop their recyclable collections at any Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) to participate. The program conducts a raffle draw and picks three lucky winners every week.
