"We want and need to address everybody's needs, to interact, and to be relevant. And that's the challenge for ambassadors because, especially in the Philippines, they look very highly at ambassadors. There's no expectaton for us to go down [to the local level]. But for me, it's extremely important, touching the grassroots, touching people's lives."
