KwikGro Fertilizers recognized 20 farmers during its 2023 Outstanding Farmers & Young Farmers Awards at Vintar Public Auditorium in Ilocos Norte, last April 15, 2023.
Ten young and ten senior farmers from Ilocos Norte received plaques in recognition of their "oustanding productivity, genuine concern for the environment, openness to innovative solutions, and awareness of [their] role in the development of the community" and "food security for all Filipinos."
KwikGro President Eliel Corpuz and Vice President Atty. Arthur Corpuz handed out the plaques.
KwikGro also gave each awardee a cash incentive, a box of its Booster Plus Liquid Fertilizer, and a knapsack battery sprayer.
Through its products, people have access to "safe, effective, and affordable fertilizers to attain food security, cleaner environment, and elevate the socio-economic standing of farmers," says KwikGro.
