Rebuilding the Nation, Stronger Together

The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines officially launched The Outstanding Young Men and Women (TOYM) of the Philippines 2022 at the Conrad Hotel Manila on July 14, Thursday.

With a theme “Rebuilding the Nation, Stronger Together,” the search is finally open for nominees aged 18 to 40 years old, who have contributed and created an impact in their respective fields.

“We are looking for people who have discipline, who are diligent, who have good habits and are working not only hard, but they're working smart. We're looking for effectiveness in the people that we give the award,” TOYM Foundation Chairman Bienvenido “Donnie” Tantoco III said.

Nomination is open until September 30, 2022. Interested applicants may tap any JCI chapter to sponsor their nomination while individuals can message TOYM through their Facebook Page.

As TOYM Celebrates its 63rd anniversary this year, the organization aims to make the nomination process more accessible to underrepresented demographics who are also deserving of the award.

JCI officers, members, and former TOYM honorees graced the event while JCI Philippines President John Glenn Lee acknowledged the guests through a video message.
